I want to inspire you to live a FIT, HEALTHY & STYLISH life. I’m Jacqueline Angulo, Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Coach, and overall stylish person. I will be your guide as together we work towards your goal of building healthy and stylish habits with personalized holistic health coaching, fitness training, and style consultations. As your coach and consultant,  I will tailor a diet, workout, and style regimen to fit your needs through close examination of your day to day living and work habits, no matter how hectic your schedule may be.

Style

FASHION was my 1st love. This passion led to a long and illustrious career which included styling and merchandising to being an account executive.  It didn’t take long for me to realize though, that the bodies showcasing the clothing, were even more important than the garments themselves.

Fitness

WORKING OUT has always been my stress release. Mentally and physically, I love how it made me feel, especially the extra energy my workouts left me with.  I soon found myself spending all my free time researching my new hobby of FITNESS, which has now become my full-time passion and career.

Nutrition

As a PRIVATE TRAINER, my clients would ask me about diet and health, which led me to further educate myself on nutrition and health programs.  This not only helped my clients, but helped me fuel myself with food that worked best for my body. 

 

I am Certified as a personal trainer with AAFA-Athletics and Fitness Association of America and am also Pre & Post Natal Certified. In addition, I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in over 100 dietary theories, and learned that NUTRITION is not ‘one size fits all’.  I am also certified by the Nutritious Life Program led by the famed nutritionist, Keri Glassman. But that doesn’t stop me from continuing to educate myself in all realms of fitness, nutrition, and fashion.
As my clients were eating better, and getting into shape, they would ask me about, where to go for healthy dining, and where to shop, now that their bodies were different. 

This is the story of JACQFIT4STYLE.  As your coach and consultant, I will tailor a diet, workout, and style regimen to fit your needs and goals through close examination of your daily living and work habits.

No schedule is too hectic...

Jacqueline is an absolutely amazing trainer who brings a fully holistic approach to her training - incorporating strength and conditioning with an emphasis on nutrition and wellness. Meeting Jacqueline in the summer of 2015 really changed my life. I was 185 pounds and uncomfortable in my own skin. Jacqueline taught me about being healthy and staying fit.
